Itziar Ituño has been on everyone’s lips since he decided to attend a demonstration in Bilbao to demand the release of ETA prisoners. The actress stood at the front of the march, whose motto was Konponbiderako Giltzak (Keys to resolution), carrying one of the signs.

The Municipal Police of the Basque capital put on the table that 20,000 people attended the event led by the Sare group. After this, the consequences for the interpreter of inspector Raquel Murillo in La casa de papel have not been long in coming, losing several jobs.

Apart from her role as an actress, Itziar Ituño has collaborations through her social networks, in which she has garnered five million followers. And there are two of these campaigns that have been dropped after her decision to show her political preferences. First of all, it was BMW Lurauto who announced the end of the collaboration because they do not want to be linked “with any type of act with ideological content”:

In turn, it was Iberia that made the same determination, as Confidencial Digital reported. But the impact has gone far beyond work and a debate has been established on social networks. In this, it was Kiko Matamoros who did not hesitate to give her point of view.

Among other things, he wanted to make it clear that he is completely “against the release of ETA members” and therefore the “glorification and whitewashing of these murderers.” Something that he has taken it upon himself to repeat to all those who have refuted his words.

In turn, he has not hesitated to comment on the actions of Itziar Ituño. “This exemplary girl, activist in favor of the preservation of the environment, class struggle, etc. turns out that she had contracted two campaigns with two of the most polluting industries on the planet: aviation and the automobile,” he stated in his X account (Twitter).

Along with her words, she wanted to add some emoticons in the shape of bills, implying that the actress does it for money. Even so, it seems that he was not expected to be criticized by a user for complaining about doing something for economic reasons. “That you put up the money icons is scary,” she said.

However, the television collaborator did not want to remain silent and has assured that he is not “pure or saintly in solidarity”, after ensuring that he regrets his “lack of understanding.” Without a doubt, Kiko Matamoros is willing to defend his thoughts until the end, in the same way that Itziar Ituño surely will when he considers it.
