Kiko Matamoros and Marta López Álamo celebrated a very special date on March 1, because not every day one can boast of celebrating four years together and also doing it in style at a very special time: finalizing all the preparations for their wedding . The couple will say ‘yes, I want’ on June 2 at the Basilica of San Miguel, which will be followed by a party in style at the exclusive Ritz hotel.

An event that will culminate the love of the couple, who these days is opening his heart and letting his followers know more details about their commented relationship through his video podcast, Amar para vivir, where Kiko Matamoros was also surprised by speaking openly about his life sexual and making a small confession: he needs a “little help” to meet the needs of the couple.

The collaborator and his partner talked about the role that sex played in their relationship and both agreed that seduction had been very important to maintain the charm during all those years. At that time, Kiko recognized that her 66 years were more of a disadvantage than anything else compared to the model’s 26.

Matamoros defended having sexual relations at a certain age, but admitted that sometimes he was embarrassed to say how often he had them: “I am embarrassed to say it because I am at an age when many people assume that you are asking for leave.”

To everyone’s surprise, the controversial collaborator revealed why he was not one of those people who “is asking for leave”, and that is that he has a little help to “comply” with his partner in this regard: he follows hormone therapy.

“I am embarrassed because I am old… I have help, there is hormonal therapy. Testosterone levels drop and substitutes are applied. I do it and it works. I say it so people know,” he added, explaining that it was all due to their hormonal levels: “From the age of thirty, testosterone levels drop, so in the civilized world there are clinics where they give you replacement therapy and that’s what I do.”

His partner agreed, assuring that “the treatment works.”

As a man ages, testosterone therapy may sound promising. But there are many misconceptions about what treatment can and cannot do. A priori, testosterone therapy might seem like the ideal anti-aging formula. However, the health benefits of testosterone therapy for age-related testosterone decline are unclear, as it is important to be clear whether these low testosterone levels are due to normal aging or due to a disease (hypogonadism).

In case of any doubt, it is best to consult a specialist, who will adequately measure testosterone levels before recommending any therapy -as long as there is a medical condition that contributes to the decrease in levels of said hormone.
