Joaquín Prat weighs in on who should win 'Survivors': ''I hope they reach the final''

Mediaset España is experiencing a difficult time in terms of audiences. The communication group has opted for different formats and programs that do not stand out on the television grid. However, they have a great asset that increases their daily average: Survivors.

The reality television space presented by Jorge Javier Vázquez, Carlos Sobera and Sandra Barneda works as an oasis in Telecinco’s prime time and reaps great results with each broadcast.

The success of the format that takes place in the Cayos Cochinos of Honduras is due, in part, to the different contestants of this edition, who have proven to have more plots and dramas than any Hollywood film.

Now that the final stretch of the contest is approaching, the first bets are beginning to emerge on who will win and join the list of winners of the Mediaset format, which includes great faces such as Sofía Suescun, Rosa Benito, Omar Montes or Bosco Martínez-Bordiú.

Joaquín Prat, presenter of the Telecinco show Let’s See, gave his opinion last Wednesday on the trajectory of the contest and crowned Gorka Ibarguren as his clear candidate to win the competition.

”You have to be cold-blooded to be in the situation Gorka is in. I hope he reaches the final,” the presenter said and later launched his prediction: ”Gorka’s contest reminds me a lot of Jorge Pérez’s and… Jorge Pérez became the winner.”

At yesterday’s gala there was a tense confrontation between some of the contestants due to a topic that is causing a lot of talk: the alleged kiss between Gorka and Marieta. The former participant of The Island of Temptations denied Kiko Jiménez’s accusation at first, but then she revealed that they had indeed fooled around and that they had kissed near the corner of their lips. The Basque did not recognize the facts and was angry and distressed with the situation, so he wrote a loving letter to his partner to make him see that everything is fine.

Adriana Dorronsoro commented on the topic in Vamos a Ver and highlighted that the plot had favored the former contestant of El Conquistador del Fin del Mundo, since he was the first saved nominee of the week: ”It seems that he is going to have to thank Kiko for the plot he has set up with Marieta, because it has been very good for him.”
