Jamie Lynn Spears said that she isn’t bothered by being called out her sister, Britney who is currently involved in a high-profile legal dispute over her conservatorship.

Britney posted a post to her Instagram Friday blaming people ” ” who have never shown up for her in the 13 years she has been dealing with conservatorship issues. It was a joke at her sister, which she recently broke her silence about the matter after “Toxic”, the singer, did the same in court in June.

Jamie Lynn posted the following Instagram Story Saturday: “Feeling stable, stable, and still this beautiful Saturday.” She took a selfie in her car, wearing dark sunglasses, a neon yellow mask, and shared it on her Instagram Story Saturday.

She wrote “God is everywhere” in a follow-up posting with a similar image.

While she did not address the controversy directly it wasn’t long before many speculated that Jamie Lynn’s post was a response to her sister’s unsubtle jab at the weekend. Although she has stated in the past that her sister is not interested in her conservatorship battle, she has supported her sister nonetheless.

The 39-year old singer took to Instagram on Friday to confront the “people closest” to her, without naming names.

She wrote the caption, “There’s nothing more than when your closest friends who have never shown up for you post some things in regard to the situation whatever it may be. There’s nothing worse than !!!!”

Star continued: “How dare people you love most say anything… did anyone even reach out to lift me up at TIME !!!????????” How dare they make it public that you CARE… Did you even help me when I was in the water ????”?

It’s not clear if Jamie Lynn is the subject Spears is railing against, but it would fit the narrative she is telling. Jamie Lynn stated that she was uncomfortable speaking out about her sister’s conservatorship. She also noted that she would like to be excluded from the conversation as it will not affect her personal life.

“… You actually have the nerve and say anything about me in order to save face !!!” In her Friday post, Spears continued. “If you’re going to post something …. You’re far too righteous to continue with your righteous approach ….”.

Spears had a great week as Mathew Rosengart was approved by court. After her explosive testimony last month, in which she attacked her father Jamie and the conservatorship he has supervised since 2008, Mathew Rosengart was approved by the court to change her representation.

She called the conservatorship “abusive” in her testimony and stated that it has left her “traumatized.”

Rosengart stated that he will soon file a motion to remove Jamie from his position as conservator during Wednesday’s hearing.
