This Tuesday, Telecinco premiered its seventh season of The Island of Seasons with a priceless collection of comments and memes about its contestants. In fact, there were several situations in this first installment worth mentioning: Maluma’s Aliexpress clone, Andrea’s exacerbated reaction after saying goodbye to her boyfriend, or the first abandonment of a contestant.
Regarding the latter, its members were shocked, including its presenter Sandra Barneda, after Rober, boyfriend of Alba Casillas, cousin of goalkeeper Iker Casillas, decided to say goodbye in those first hours. “She has surpassed me,” she assured, very uncomfortable.
It all happened after the first night at Villa Playa. The contestants enjoyed dances and confessions with the single women, and even the light known as Temptation Light was illuminated several times in Villa Montaña, the mansion where the girls reside and where there was also a party, although quieter.
The next morning and after the corresponding party hangover, the couples met again. And this is where the drama occurred: they discovered which bachelors and bachelorettes they had had a connection with and who had caused the tempting light to turn on. One of the first to ask for explanations was Alba Casillas, girlfriend of goalkeeper Iker Casillas, to her boyfriend Rober.
“What do you want me to talk about?” the man from Madrid responded to his partner’s doubts. “Well, I know it sounded for you, look. I’m not saying it badly, but you had a good time, too. Things are the way they are,” she accused him. This made Rober feel so bad that he went to Sandra Barneda to explain the following:
“It seems bad to me that a judgment is being made at first. I expected a different type of reaction from my partner. I expected the maturity that initially came into this experience. I just saw it, honestly, very unprepared mentally. I don’t have to answer something that, first of all, if you have confidence, you should know,” he said very seriously.
Given the way Rober had acted, his girlfriend decided to cut the tension with: “Well, okay, that’s it. I love you my love”. In fact, thanks to the images they were able to see on the Tablet, Alba confirmed that Rober had not had any out of character behavior with any of the single women.
“Honey, keep it up. Bullfighter here and there. “We are going to get married,” she told him. At first, Rober took the blow and did not want to get into further discussion, but he left very shaken. And he did it to such an extent that, the next morning, he communicated his decision to abandon.
“The island of temptations has overcome me and, for my part, I am going to abandon it.” “How?” Sandra Barneda said to her while Alba burst into tears. A moment that ended in drama and many tears and that, this Wednesday, the program will resolve with a new installment. Will Rober’s desire to leave so soon disrupt the mechanics of this seventh edition?
