A Georgia couple, Ashlee Crawley, 26, and James Tripp, 29, were arrested by Grovetown Police for allegedly trying to find men online to have sex with their 2-year-old daughter. Crawley faces charges of child molestation and violating the Computer or Electronic Pornography and Child Exploitation and Prevention Act of 2007, while Tripp was charged with criminal attempted incest and criminal attempted child molestation.
According to police, a tip was received about the couple using the MeetMe online chat platform to seek out individuals interested in engaging in sexual acts with their young daughter. Further investigation revealed that Crawley was creating and selling sexually explicit content online, some of which included her children, including the 2-year-old, for additional profit. Additionally, Tripp was reportedly making plans and requesting Crawley’s approval to engage in sexual activities with their 2-year-old child.
As a result of the investigation, all children in the household were removed and placed under the care of the Division of Family and Children Services. Crawley and Tripp were taken into custody and are currently being held at the Columbia County Jail. It is anticipated that they will face more charges related to the incident.
