Gabriela Guillén warns Bertín Osborne that the paternity lawsuit is already underway: “My lawyers are taking care of it”

The legal procedures to claim Bertín Osborne’s paternity of Gabriela Guillén’s son are underway. This has just been officially confirmed tonight by the Paraguayan, who has returned to the Telecinco De Viernes program to clarify some matters regarding her ex-partner.

The mother of Bertín Osborne’s supposed last child has not hesitated to explain that she wants the Spanish singer to be made official as the baby’s father: “My lawyers are taking care of this. It has already started,” she assured.

On the other hand, Gabriela believes that both Bertín Osborne and those around him already know that the process has begun and that the judicial case has no brakes. When asked if the artist and his family have been informed of this step, her mother responds: “I suppose so.”

However, the Paraguayan woman did not want to reveal events about whether she would decide to change her son’s surname if Bertín’s paternity was confirmed: “First things first, let’s do the tests,” she clarified.

Furthermore, Gabriela Guillén has confirmed her attempts to contact Bertín Osborne, something that the artist would have rejected despite receiving “calls and audio notes” from his ex-partner.

Weeks ago, Bertín Osborne had been insistent on demanding paternity tests to confirm that the baby was really his and, in that case, help as such.
