In recent days, a term hitherto unknown to society has appeared: the so-called cosotecas. These are establishments that function exactly the same as libraries, but instead of housing books, they serve as a warehouse for objects that are no longer used, so that other users can take advantage of them and then return them.
A debate that has reached television thanks to TardeAR and presenter Antonio Hidalgo. Taking advantage of the occasion, the television program wanted to make a compilation of second-hand items that are for sale on the internet and that could well be part of these treasure stores due to their rarity.
“The internet market is wonderful because you can find what you want, what you think doesn’t exist,” added Hidalgo. One of the objects he has found is a giant inflatable pool, which can be very useful in summer, although the presenter finds a major drawback in it: “If you want it for next summer, you have to start inflating it today,” he said.
Another most surreal sale on the internet also comes in a big way, since it is a building under construction, worth 15 million euros along with the plot on which it is located. “Anyone who wants to play at being a builder, that’s where they start,” Hidalgo assured.
The collaborators of TardeAR and its presenter, Ana Rosa Quintana, could not believe the third object that Antonio Hidalgo has found for sale on the internet: vests for walking hens and chickens. “They are the chicken,” the presenter added, making a clear play on words. “Do they really make vests for walking chickens? People are very bad!” Quintana responded.
Finally, viewers of the Telecinco program have also learned that they can buy jellyfish online. “They arrive in a container with water and everything,” said Hidalgo. Many users use them to make videos on social networks like TikTok, although the presenter has found a different use for them: “To put it on someone’s bidet or something,” she said.
