From Carlota Casiraghi to Barbara Palvin: the most outstanding looks from the eighth day of the Cannes Film Festival

Carlota Casiraghi became the star of the eighth day of the Cannes Film Festival this Tuesday afternoon. The daughter of Carolina de Monaco stepped onto the red carpet at the Grand Théâtre Lumière just a few days after her ex-husband Dimitri Rassam, who accompanied her mother, actress Carole Bouquet.

The couple’s separation was confirmed at the beginning of the year and a few weeks ago Carlota could be seen with her new boyfriend, the writer Nicolas Mathieu. On this occasion, the young woman attended the festival alone and focused all eyes on her spectacular bridal-inspired styling.

Casiraghi shone with a design from Chanel’s spring-summer 2020 Haute Couture collection, a brand for which she has been an ambassador for years. A white strapless dress with a straight neckline with jewel buttons on the left side and a flared skirt made of the emblematic tweed and pleated table detail that had a front opening. She completed the look with a clutch full of crystals and diamond and precious stone earrings from the house.

Another celebrity who caused a sensation with her look was Barbara Palvin, who was radiant in a delicate pastel blue Givenchy dress. The model opted for a flattering design with an original neckline with metallic detail and a floaty skirt.

Leonie Hanne also stood out in a bridal-inspired piece by Milla Nova. The German influencer opted for a white lingerie design, with thin straps and a round neckline and draped detail in the waist area that stylized her silhouette. A garment that she combined with a cape that had a maxi bow and a long train.

Coco Rocha dared to wear a transparent Elisabetta Franchi dress decorated with crystals and metallic chains. A piece that she defended with a striking voluminous hairstyle and makeup in earth tones.

Alessandra Ambrosio brought the Coquette trend to the red carpet with a blue Dundas dress, mermaid cut and with black straps with velvet bows that were a nod to this fashion that is sweeping this spring.

Izabel Goulart was radiant in an oriental style dress by Armani Privé. The Brazilian model showed off her figure with a design with sequin and crystal embroidery.

Catherine Deneuve wore a two-piece suit from Chanel’s Haute Couture fall-winter 2023 collection, with a jacket with floral embroidery on the neckline and straight-cut pants.

Hana Cross stepped onto the red carpet with an original design with a corseted body adorned with crystals, a bardot neckline and a skirt combined with a train.
