Fernando Fernández Tapias received the funeral mass last Monday in his memory and honor. The Galician businessman died on October 25 at the age of 84, and since then he has received several farewells. The latter was organized by his widow, Nuria González, and decided not to impose any veto, despite the tension that exists between the deceased’s older children and part of the family.

But it is not the only controversial moment that occurred during this day. In some images shared by Europa Press you can see how Alejandra Rubio is hit with a microphone because of the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez.

The press gathered at the door of the church did not hesitate to ask the former politician about the funeral. However, far from wanting to answer, he slapped the microphone away, consequently hitting Terelu Campos’ daughter. “She has given me…”, the television collaborator is heard saying.

“I don’t understand anything. I’m sorry you have to live through this,” he added. And it seems that Alejandra Rubio did not like what happened at all. So much so, that she did not hesitate to comment on it on her program That’s Life.

Although he did not want to explain it at first, César Muñoz, presenter of the space, wanted to ask him about it live. “He arrived a little angry and I got a push, nothing happens, we all have a bad day in life,” said María Teresa Campos’ granddaughter.

Likewise, he wanted to clarify that Florentino Pérez did not want to hit her directly, and that it was all a mistake. “It was against the press and I caught it,” she said. “It was just when I was entering, he crossed me, pushed me and then I slapped him. It was an uncomfortable situation. I want to think that he will be sorry,” he continued.

This moment that occurred at the beginning of the funeral foreshadowed that controversy was going to be a main element in the event. Although this time there was no problem between Tapias’s eldest children and his widow, the calm allowed, in turn, a tension that has increased over time.

An unrest that began years ago, when five of the shipowner’s children denounced their father in order to legally incapacitate him and leave him out of any business decisions in their companies. Since then, there is much information that suggests that it was Tapias himself who did not want them to attend his funeral. However, they did not hesitate to show up.
