Vicente also supports Fernanda’s decision: “We are going to continue with our trip and with our life. Fernanda was gang-raped, while her husband was beaten and threatened, when the couple was camping in a remote area in the northeast of India, a crime that has provoked outrage and discussions and accusations among the country’s politicians.
