Alberto Núñez Feijóo, president of the Popular Party and candidate for the presidency of the Government, went to have fun this Wednesday at El Hormiguero, which seems to have become an obligatory stop for all applicants for Moncloa due to its high audiences.

It was a long-awaited visit by the son of Feijóo, who declares himself an unconditional follower of the ants of El Hormiguero, although his favorite is Barrancas. However, his father admits that he does not have many opportunities to see them, because he does not watch much television.

“At home we have a ‘very fan’ of ants and last night, as an exception, he was able to see them on TV. He loves Barrancas,” the opposition leader tweeted, along with a photo in which he is seen giving him a drawing made for his son to Pablo Motos.

Feijóo’s son was also mentioned during the “most compromising questions” of Trancas y Barrancas. At the end of the section, the opposition leader asks who Barrancas is (his son’s favorite ant). “Delighted. It’s the one my son likes,” continues the leader of the PP, although he does not know the reason. “Must be the only tooth,” he joked.

The Galician also confessed that he maintains a certain friendship with the singer Julio Iglesias, who is especially concerned about two problems that, in his opinion, Spain has: “He is obsessed with territorial unity and with water.”

During the casual section of Trancas y Barrancas, he also had good words for the former President of the Government, the popular Mariano Rajoy. “I think Rajoy is one of the nicest people I know”, he assured.
