The orchard is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the dinosaur-themed corn maze being a highlight for visitors. The last entry into the maze is at 4:15 p.m.

Dellavale Farm: Located at 783 Pattersonville Rd. in Amsterdam, Dellavale Farm’s pumpkin patch will open on Saturday, September 28, and will be open on weekends only from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition to pumpkin picking, the farm also offers a corn maze for visitors to enjoy.

Rensselaer County

Kristy’s Barn: Found at 2385 Brookview Rd. in Schodack, Kristy’s Barn is open for U-Pick pumpkins Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can enjoy a day of pumpkin picking at this family-friendly farm.

Swartz Farm: Located at 1532 Eleanor Dr. in Schodack, Swartz Farm opened its doors on Saturday, September 14, and is open seven days a week. The farm’s corn maze is open during store hours, and the Real Pick-It-Off-the-Vine Pumpkin Patch will start on Saturday, September 28, offering visitors a unique experience.

Liberty Ridge Farm: Situated at 29 Bevis Rd. in Schaghticoke, Liberty Ridge Farm’s pumpkin patch and corn maze are open for the season as of Saturday, September 14. Visitors can enjoy the farm Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., making it a perfect destination for weekend fun.

Ellms Family Farm: Located at 448 Charlton Rd. in Ballston Spa, Ellms Family Farm offers a variety of activities for visitors, including a corn maze for adults and a smaller maze for kids. The farm’s hours of operation in September are Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. In October, the farm’s hours change to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The farm also offers a corn maze open until 10 p.m. in September and a haunted corn maze every Friday and Saturday in October for those seeking a spookier experience.

“Pick a Pumpkin” Pumpkin Patch: Located at 2716 Creek Rd. in Esperance, “Pick a Pumpkin” Pumpkin Patch will open on Saturday, September 21. Visitors can enjoy the pumpkin patch on Thursday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The patch will also be open for Indigenous Peoples Day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing families with an opportunity to celebrate the holiday.

Fox Valley Vail Farms: Situated at 247 Zimmer Road in Schoharie, Fox Valley Vail Farms offers U-Pick pumpkins from 9 a.m. to dark, Friday through Sunday, allowing visitors to choose their perfect pumpkin straight from the vine.
