Last night, at 11:15 p.m., millions of viewers were glued to their screens to witness the grand finale of the first edition of “El Conquistador” on TVE.

Lucas, Miguel, Euxebi, Azo, Agus, Mati and Joana were the absolute protagonists of a night full of emotion and challenges.

With the promise of a long, hard and complete final, Raquel Sánchez Silva and Julian Iantzi guided the finalists through a final test that would be the key to determining who would emerge as the true conqueror. The test consisted of an intense competition that involved challenges in the sea, land and air.

After a fierce fight and moments of tension, Miguel emerged as the winner of this extreme adventure, taking home the prize of 100,000 euros. Raquel Sánchez Silva, visibly moved, highlighted that Miguel, who initially entered the program with his twin brother, had now stood out on his own merits, becoming a true conqueror.

The final test, designed to test participants’ skills in extreme conditions, included jumps from a moving helicopter, searching for key objects and a race against time to reach strategically placed pennants. Miguel maintained his lead throughout the test, but Joana, with a surprising performance, was constantly on the lookout, maintaining the tension and causing an exciting outcome until the last second.

Finally, Miguel managed to reach the fourth flag before anyone else, securing victory by a matter of seconds. His emotional reaction to being declared the winner showed the intensity of the experience and the importance of the victory to him. He wanted to express his gratitude to his family, his friends and all those who trusted him during the competition: “For my family, for my friends, for all those who have trusted in this. For my brother,” he said between sobs.

Joana, despite not winning the title, left a powerful message: “Even though I haven’t won, I have shown that women are strong, and to all the girls, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t.”

The final of “El Conquistador” was not only an extreme competition, but also a reminder of the strength and determination of the participants, men and women alike.
