The legal battle of Rocío Carrasco never ends. The ex-wife of Antonio David Flores has spent years fighting in the courts “for justice” and to put an end to all the slander and lies that she has experienced on the small screen. In addition to the legal processes that the woman has initiated for everything that has been talked about her for years on television, her disputes with her ex-husband and her children have made Amador Mohedano’s niece a regular of the courts.
Tomorrow, June 28, Carrasco will sit in the dock for an alleged crime of family abandonment. Carlota Corredera’s friend has been accused of not paying the pension to her son David Flores, since a sentence forced her to do so for five years.
Although the first complaint was made by her ex-husband Antonio David Flores, the second was filed directly by the injured party, his son David Flores Carrasco. Although the businesswoman has not yet ruled on this specific process, it is clear that she is facing a very hard personal moment.
The trial will begin next Wednesday, June 28 at 9:30 in the morning in hearing room number 11 of the Criminal Courts of Madrid, a place where dozens of media and journalists will gather to capture the reactions of the Flores-Carrasco family.
According to the accusation, Carrasco had to pay a monthly payment of 200 euros to help his son financially, since a sentence decreed that he was “economically dependent” due to his disability. According to the complaint, Carrasco never paid that amount.
The prosecutor in the case and the private prosecution (on this occasion her son, David Flores Carrasco) ask that Rocío Carrasco be sentenced to a one-year prison sentence and pay a fine of between 15,000 and 19,000 euros for an alleged crime of abandonment of family
In this trial, the different parties will speak, as well as different witnesses. David Flores will appear as the injured party and the prosecution will bring his sister Rocío Flores, his father Antonio David Flores and Olga Moreno as witnesses. On the other hand, the defense lawyer, Javier Vasallo, will try to get Fidel Albiac to testify before the Judge as a witness. It should be noted that the accused may testify at the beginning or at the end of the oral hearing.
The appointment of next June 28 will be only the first battle in the legal war that Rocío Carrasco and Antonio David Flores have for pension payments to their children since they divorced, back in 1999.
The second chapter of this story will take place on July 6, when Rocío Carrasco will be on the side of the prosecution. In this process, the Prosecutor’s Office requests four years in prison for Antonio David Flores for a punishable insolvency crime, since Carrasco denounces that he did not receive any type of pension at a time when the children of both were minors and lived with she.
The accusation not only defends that the former civil guard did not comply with his part of the agreement and that he did not pay, but also talks about some alleged “illicit maneuvers” that Marta Riesco’s ex would have carried out to hide that he did have money to fulfill his obligation.
Carrasco claims in this trial compensation of 80,000 euros: 60,000 euros of the debt for not paying pensions to his children and another 20,000 euros for the damage caused and late-payment interest.
