After the furor caused by Pedro Almodóvar and his boys who appear in the short Strange way of life, including Manu RÃos, the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival once again had a Spanish accent on Thursday night with the presence of Ester Expósito, who was presenting his new film Lost in the Night.
The actress became the great protagonist of the premiere of the film, directed by the Mexican Amat Escalante, with an impressive look. Expósito, who already caused a sensation at the event last year, once again left him speechless with a look from Atelier Versace’s spring-summer 2023 collection.
The woman from Madrid arrived on the red carpet in a long dress with a corseted silhouette that fitted her figure. The design, in the baroque style so characteristic of the Italian firm, was made of tulle embellished with gold and silver threads, laces and fringes, exposing various parts of the body.
In addition, the dress stood out for its asymmetrical sweetheart neckline, with different types of straps: on the one hand, a very thin strap over the right shoulder and, on the left, a wide strap. The back also had a neckline with a draped fall.
Expósito completed the outfit with sandals with a wide-heeled platform and a spectacular set of earrings, necklace and rings made of white gold and diamonds from the Born to be wild High Jewelery collection from Messika Paris.
As for her hairstyle, she chose to collect her long blonde hair in an oriental-inspired bun made with twisted locks, thus clearing her face to show the jewels.
The red carpet was also attended by Karlie Kloss, who showed off her pregnancy in a beautiful Greek-style Dior dress. The model was very pretty in an olive green empire cut design with draped details and train. A look that was completed with a matching headband-headdress and Chopard jewelry.
Aishwarya Rai also turned heads for her extravagant Sophie Couture look, featuring a large metallic cape made with aluminum paillettes and encrusted crystals.
