Emily Willis, adult film actress, admitted for an overdose: her family asks for help

The family of porn star Emily Willis is broken with grief, following the young woman’s overdose last month, and in desperate straits have decided to launch an appeal for donations to help cover her mounting medical bills.

Emily, 25, was rushed Feb. 5 from a well-known celebrity rehab center in Malibu to a medical center in Thousand Oaks, California, after authorities received a call about her condition.

Willis’ family has set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for his hospital stay and subsequent recovery, raising more than $13,000 so far.

“With hearts heavier than we could ever imagine, we find ourselves seeking support and care for our beloved Emily Willis, a daughter, sister, and beacon of light in the lives of all who know her,” her family wrote. “Recently, Emily’s world, and ours, was turned upside down when she entered the hospital, marking the beginning of an incredibly tough and unexpected battle. With every ounce of her remarkable strength and bravery, Emily is fighting.”

For his part, Emily’s father, John, told TMZ that his daughter is fighting to survive and also has a long road to recovery ahead of her. Donations will go towards medical bills along with travel and accommodation costs for her family so they can stay with her in the hospital.

Emily, who made a name for herself in the industry after debuting in 2017, has not posted anything on her Instagram or TikTok in the past five months.

Throughout her career, she has starred in multiple videos and collaborated with popular porn brands such as Reality Kings and Evil Angel, and has won awards at the Adult Video News Awards, also collaborating with prominent magazines such as Penthouse.

However, this incident has highlighted the fragility of success, causing the actress to undertake her most complicated personal battle, and the difficult financial situation her family faces in the midst of her recovery.
