DJ Khaled is having one of his best year’s yet.
The hip-hop impresario and social media superstar, who is gearing up to release his tenth studio album titled “Grateful,” just snagged a $9.9 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The Miami native bought the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom spread from British singer Robbie Williams! According to Trulia, the home was originally listed at $11 million.
The 10,681-square-foot Mulholland Estate was built in 1992 and is tucked behind the exclusive neighborhood’s gates. Seated on almost three-fourths of an acre, overlooking the city, mountains, and canyons, the home boasts high ceilings, oversized rooms, and endless entertaining areas. The backyard has a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, living area, two terraced patios and a sprawling lawn.
The grand two-story entry opens to a living room and then through a study, formal dining room, gym/media room and kitchen which features a breakfast area, butler’s pantry, and maid’s quarters.
Upstairs, the master suite boasts a patio for lounging with stunning views of the city. There’s also a two-room guest suite in addition to the four en-suite family rooms. And there’s even a recording studio, in case DJ Khaled feels like embracing that whole “work from home” thing.
No stranger to the real estate game, DJ Khaled bought a $3.84 million home last year in Miami.
The listing agents were Jeff Kohl and Mauricio Umansky/The Agency.
