With the motto “Where your journey begins”, visitors to the fair will be able to find a wide range of possibilities to book their vacations or getaways both nationally and internationally. And the travel trend has to do with “sustainability and higher quality and increasingly seasonally adjusted tourism,” says Sarrate.

The number of exhibitors increased by 21% compared to the last edition, so those who are thinking of seeking information or inspiration cannot miss it as almost all official tourism organizations will be represented in all the Spanish Autonomous Communities: Andalusia , Aragon, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Valencian Community, Galicia, Extremadura, Navarra, Madrid, La Rioja and Region of Murcia, in addition to the province of Bizkaia, through its Provincial Council Foral, which, together with Vitoria-Gasteiz, represent the offer of the Basque Country.

And new to this edition, B-Travel recovers the cruise operator sector with the participation of Celebrity Cruises, Crucemundo, Cruceros Australis, Hurtigruten, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Trasmed-Grimaldi Lines and Unicorn Ponant.

One of the attractions of the show is the restaurant, which this year will focus on local products and some international destinations with the participation of a total of fourteen stands. And gastronomy is one of the reasons why many organize their trips, so for the occasion a tasting of a total of 28 dishes has been organized. In addition, tastings of beers and wines from the Catalunya designation of origin and beer pairing and draft workshops, as well as showcookings, demonstrations and presentations, will be offered.

The B-Travel restaurant space will also be the stage where the fourth edition of the Josep Lladonosa Awards will be presented, a reference gastronomic competition aimed at students from the hospitality and tourism schools of Catalonia.
