The presenter Cristina Pedroche and the chef Dabiz Muñoz became the parents of their first daughter on July 14. Although the Zapeando collaborator has decided not to show her daughter’s face to protect her privacy, she does share some of the moments with her followers, who are delighted with the “mom facet” of the content creator.

One of the things that has most surprised her followers around the birth of the daughter of the Antena 3 Chimes star is the girl’s full name, since the communicator and her partner decided to put the female surname in front: Laia Pedroche Muñoz.

As the woman from Madrid has narrated on her official Instagram account, these first weeks with the baby at home have been “constant learning” and quite an experience: “These are days of much learning but above all of much love. (…) I can’t stop looking at her and wanting to be with her skin to skin all the time”.

“Postpartum is being” interesting “, many ups and downs of emotions, many fears, many doubts, many tears… but above all love, much love,” said the communicator in a post. Exactly on this topic and on how the birth itself was, she has influenced a game of questions and answers in which she has been honest with her followers.

Responding to the question of how long the labor lasted, Pedroche replied that she spent a week and a half with labor dynamics and prodromes, but that she did not feel pain: “That was already making me erase the cervix and start dilating.”

”On the 13th at 4 in the morning the contractions began with intensity, but they came every 6-10 minutes, so they were still not regular. So I was in bed lying down and focused on relaxation every time a more intense uterine wave came,” he said.

”I was changing position as my body was asking me. Since 8 in the morning I have already been talking with my midwife Ana Hernández and she recommended me to put the Pilates ball in the shower and the truth is that she relieved me a lot, “said the presenter.

The communicator has said that it was very good for her to get into the pool, but that she was in contact with her midwife and her gynecologist all the time to avoid problems. “The water helped me feel less heavy and although the intensity was increasing, the pressure massages in the lower back helped me a lot when the contraction came,” she wrote on her Instagram story.

Finally, Chicote’s friend explained that between one contraction and another she relaxed a lot and that she even had time to eat: “At 9:00 p.m. I was admitted to the HM hospital in Montepríncipe at almost 5 cm and Laia was born at 00:10 on July 14.”
