One of the greatest recognitions an international artist can receive is having their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. More than 2,700 personalities who have made history over the years are honored between Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. And as of this Thursday, Chris Hemsworth has number 2,781.
With this, the actor has been delighted to see that his 22-year career in the world of acting has been recognized in this way. An event to which he wanted to attend accompanied by his entire family and in which he wanted to have some nice words for his wife Elsa Pataky.
The actor couple, recognized worldwide, decided to seal their love by passing through the altar 14 years ago. Two years later, India Rose (born in 2012) came into the world, and then they had twins Sasha and Tristan (born in 2014). And although none of them wanted to miss her father’s important moment, her daughter did not want to pose for the photographers and she preferred to stay in her chair.
Even so, all eyes were directed at Elsa Pataky due to the nice words that Chris Hemsworth expressed when receiving the star. “I want to thank my beautiful wife, who has been by my side for almost my entire career, encouraging me and supporting me endlessly,” he began to relate.
“And I don’t forget that she put aside her own dreams to support mine and, again, I will always be indebted to you,” he added to applause and under the watchful eye of the actress, who couldn’t stop smiling at all times. “The fact is that none of what I do, none of these moments, these special occasions and events, none of it would be special without you by my side. I love you”, she finished expressing.
After this emotional moment, they both melted into a kiss that was immortalized right in front of the five-pointed star. However, the speech moment did not end so quickly. And Robert Downey Jr. did not hesitate to dedicate some nice words to his partner and friend: “Beyond the cape and the hammer, he is an Australian charm. You are an extraordinary human. It is not a joke”.
“Describing Chris is a little intimidating. He is very elusive because of the pretty packaging. However, looking deeper, down there, he has a real wit and depth of soul and it has been a sincere pleasure knowing you. “You keep us, the people of Hollywood, on our toes because you are authentic,” added the Iron Man interpreter.
An event in which the outfits have also been under the magnifying glass. On the one hand, Chris Hemsworth chose a blue three-piece suit accompanied by an open shirt. On the other hand, Elsa Pataky opted for a white skirt and lingerie top with black lace parts.
