Life is full of challenges, tests that we must overcome in our daily lives to move forward. They can be found in a multitude of areas, be it at work, at home, on public transport or with big objectives to achieve. A trend that the media takes advantage of, which has come up with a multitude of programs, spaces and contests in which they take advantage of this trend, including one of tonight’s premieres on Antena 3: El Desafío.

The program of impossible moves presented by Roberto Leal has started its fourth season with great detail, from charismatic participants to unlikely tests. Adrián Lastra, Chenoa, Marta Díaz, Mar Flores, Mario Vaquerizo, Mónica Cruz, Pablo Castellano and Pepe Navarro have been received by Juan de Val, Pilar Rubio, Santiago Segura and Ana Mena, prepared to break the public and the jury with their intense challenges.

During the evening, it was Chenoa, Flores and Lastra who received the biggest ovations, with three activities as far away as possible from the others. The Mallorcan singer was the first of the two to attack the stage, something she did with a gigantic saw. And her challenge was to cut a car in half in less than four minutes. A complicated and risky test that she has successfully accomplished, even driving it after sawing it.

The model has followed with a more artistic but equally risky variant: an aerial exercise of fabrics and rings to the rhythm of Skyfall, the song that Adele created for the James Bond film of the same name. Her performance looked tense and trembling at several moments of the performance, but in the final moments she ended up taking the air away from the audience and the judges with an unreal fall into the void. Pilar Rubio congratulated her through tears, amid heartfelt applause on set.

However, one last performance was missing to complete the triplet, and it is precisely the one performed by the Madrid actor. His goal was to make a complete 360-degree turn on a large swing. Santiago Segura has upped the ante by challenging him to do two laps in a row, and the performer has far surpassed himself. He has made up to six laps, two of them in a row and even one in the opposite direction. An unprecedented performance.

The networks have vibrated with the three challenges overcome, placing the official tag of the program on X (Twitter) in trends. “If you don’t make Adrián Lastra the winner, after this, I’m going to burn things, warn me,” said one user. “You are an all-rounder and you are worth a lot, you give your all, proud of yourself,” they indicated about Chenoa. “That fall backwards seen in slow motion was spectacular. My 10 for Mar tonight,” he added to the reactions.
