The world of the media continues to mourn, after the death of one of the great professionals in the sector, María Teresa Campos. The journalist she died at the age of 82 in the early hours of last Tuesday, after being hospitalized last Sunday due to an episode of acute respiratory failure.
Hundreds of relatives of the journalist and many famous faces went to the La Paz funeral home in the Madrid town of Tres Cantos to give all their love and support to their relatives and to say goodbye forever to one of the journalism professionals who undoubtedly mark a before and after in the history of television.
The death of the Andalusian communicator has been a hard blow for all her relatives, but in particular for her daughters, Terelu Campos and Carmen Borrego, who have been suffering with her mother’s delicate state of health throughout this time. The journalist’s daughters have been surrounded by their children and their closest friends at all times.
A terrible situation that has managed to unite again Carmen Borrego and her son, José María Almoguera. And it is that according to the magazine Semana, the television collaborator would have reconciled with her son and her daughter-in-law, Paola Olmedo, with whom she had not spoken for months.

This same Wednesday the cameras photographed the couple and their newborn son entering the funeral home to attend the cremation of the Andalusian communicator.
The couple parked the car in a private parking lot, from where they could witness the presence of the media. While they were taking the little one out of the vehicle, the cameras were able to capture how Carmen Borrego approached them to deliver the yellow roses that the whole family has brought during the cremation.
