Carlos Cuevas is moved by revealing who his first love was: "It was very nice, short, brief"

El Hormiguero, the renowned interview program hosted by Pablo Motos on Antena 3, brought together two renowned actors this Thursday: Eva Santolaria and Carlos Cuevas. The two are two of the claims of the new and highly anticipated season of the series Cites, which returns next Monday to TV3 after many years of absence. The main theme of the series is love, something the presenter and his guests talked about during the broadcast. If something particularly attracted attention, it was that Cuevas revealed when and who his first love was, and he did it in a way that captivated the public.

One of the moments that generated the most interest among the public was when the presenter and the actors revealed the first time they fell in love and how it ended. “I fell in love with an American who came to the Cofrentes nuclear power plant, I gave her guitar lessons and she played the piano. I fell madly in love because she played a song on the piano and I got caught. A beautiful song, and she played it perfectly, although I don’t remember which one it was,” said Pablo Motos.

The presenter revealed that the girl was “kind and fun. Also, she made cookies, something that is very American, right? There was never any physical contact, of any kind, but at the goodbye she kissed me on the mouth! I didn’t know that she knew he was in love with her. I think it was a consolation prize,” he said. But if the viewers of the program wanted something, it was to know the first love of the interpreters.

“My thing was in the summer, in an apartment that my grandparents had on the beach, I was with my sister and I played basketball. There was a boy who was a bit on the edge, but he seemed very cute to me. We had a very cool summer because we made a gang. I never saw him again,” Santolaria explained on the program. The last one left to tell her experience was Cuevas, who did not hesitate to reveal what her first love was like.

“I’ve always been a bit clumsy, really, a bit of a junk. I do things well, I try to be cute, but then I’m super clumsy,” he said. “Without giving names, give us some details. How was it?” Motos was interested. “The first love, the first crush… I fell in love a lot. I was very young, maybe I was about 12 or 13 years old, with a person from my town… Well, it was very nice, short, brief, like everything else adolescent, but well, well… if we are really great in the end”, declared the artist, who began his professional career in television series in Ventdelplà.

His words have generated great expectations among his fans. Cuevas, born in Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) in December 1995, is one of the most established actors on the scene. Despite his youth, he already has an extensive list of productions in which he has participated. Among them, Merí and his spin off, Sapere aude, or other series such as Smiley or Someone has to die, stand out. Cuevas is an actor who does not stop raising passions among fans due to his talent in front of cameras and his permanent smile. Without a doubt, he promises a long and lasting career.
