There is very little left for the disappearance of Sálvame, the quintessential format of Telecinco’s afternoons for fourteen years. The chain is in an audience crisis, so it is making some changes to its grid. Despite the fact that these are difficult days, the collaborators of the program do not let anything tarnish the good times. Many of them attended the wedding this weekend of Raúl Prieto, former director of Sálvame, and his partner, the architect Joaquín Torres. A wedding where there was no lack of fun or the warmth of the fans.

Seville was the place that the couple chose to celebrate their wedding. The two parties wanted all their friends and family to travel to the Andalusian capital to accompany them on this very special weekend. After an incredible pre-wedding held on Thursday, marked by a performance by Azúcar Moreno and a beautiful boat ride on the Guadalquivir, this Friday the ceremony far exceeded expectations. The couple said ‘yes, I do’ in a most romantic and emotional wedding.

In the case of the wedding of one of the former directors of the format, it was taken for granted that a large number of faces related to the world of television would attend the wedding. Among them, Belén Esteban and her husband Miguel. In fact, in the stories shared on Instagram by some wedding attendees, Paracuellos can be seen enjoying the ceremony like the most. And it is that Belén maintains a great connection with Raúl, whom she made best man at her wedding back in 2019.

Rocío Carrasco, Fidel Albiac, Terelu Campos, Alejandra Rubio, Emma García, Carlota Corredera, Kiko Matamoros and Marta López Álamo also attended the wedding on Friday. In fact, all of them had to take time to attend to all the fans who came to the place where the wedding banquet was held. In a video shared by the user @ainhoabg_06 you can see how some of them went out to the gate of the venue and interacted with the fans gathered there.

The first was Emma Garcia. “Pretty!” they yelled at her, as Emma turned and waved. Soon after, Belén Esteban came out. “Pretty, Belén!” Said a fan. “Thank you very much, handsome you, thank you all for being here,” said the one from Paracuellos del Jarama. The next was Rocío Carrasco. “Rocío, beautiful! How beautiful she is!” a follower is heard saying. It is then that the daughter of Rocío Jurado approaches the followers waving, and although it is not seen in the video, it is intuited that the next step is to take a photo with a fan, since she approaches him while he is holding the phone.

A real bath for the masses, since many of them had the gesture of interacting with the viewers of Sálvame, who very soon will also have to face the cancellation of the program. Without a doubt, it will be a severe setback for all those who have followed for fourteen years, day after day, a large part of these faces who were at the wedding, as well as many others not present in Seville.

The collaborators will soon have to say goodbye to one of the most important formats of their lives. As El Mundo advanced last Friday, May 5, it will be next June 16 when Sálvame says goodbye to his audience forever. A piece of news later confirmed by La Fábrica de la Tele and Mediaset.

On June 19, a new stage would begin in the afternoons of the chain, which, as it was later learned, will be led by Ana Rosa Quintana, who will be present both in the mornings and in the afternoons. However, this format would arrive after the summer, and during the summer it would be the new program Así es la vida, by Sandra Barneda, which would fill the void of Sálvame.
