Alba Carrillo and Ana Rosa Quintana have finally made peace. The television collaborator and the presenter have never had the best of relationships. But the situation between the two worsened when the model was fired from Mediaset a few months ago. However, the battle between both parties did not end there and the former Telecinco employee decided to take her case to court.

For this reason, a few months ago the news broke that Alba Carrillo had filed a lawsuit for “unfair dismissal” and “legal fraud” against Mediaset and several producers of different Telecinco programs, such as Unicorn Content and La Fábrica de la Tele. Likewise, the complaint was also directed at the following companies: Megamedia Televisión S.L., Publiespaña S.A.U. and Conecta 5 Telecinco S.A.U.

A conciliation event was held between both parties last May, but they were unable to reach any agreement. For this reason, Alba Carrillo and the defendants had to meet again this past December 21st at the Social Court number 39 in Madrid.

Now, several weeks after the court date, it has come to light that the model and Mediaset have reached an amicable agreement to avoid holding a trial. As revealed by the media outlet EsDiario, both parties have agreed to a financial agreement with a figure of ”four zeros” and a confidentiality clause.

The model filed the lawsuit because she considered that Mediaset had committed “legal fraud” in all of its contracts. Let us remember that Alba Carrillo began appearing in programs on the Fuencarral network since July 13, 2016. The woman from Madrid became one of the most popular faces of the audiovisual group, having special relevance in television spaces such as ¡Qué tiempo tan Feliz! , Sálvame, Deluxe, It’s already noon, Viva la vida, Fiesta, The strong house, Secret Story or It’s already eight.

Therefore, the model alleged that “all these companies for which she had provided services continuously since 2016 formed a group of companies for employment purposes.” That is, Carrillo argued that the person who had hired him all these years had been the audiovisual group Mediaset España and that consequently he should have had a permanent contract, so his dismissal would have been inappropriate.
