Ana Rosa Quintana buys her fourth house: it is in Seville and is valued at 1.5 million euros

After returning from her leave due to the chemotherapy treatment she has undergone, Ana Rosa Quintana has bought a luxurious apartment in the center of Seville. It was last October when the presenter and her husband Juan Muñoz acquired the house, valued at one and a half million euros, coinciding with her reincorporation into her television space.

Ana Rosa and her husband acquired the property, which takes place on a luxury estate, at 50% and without a mortgage, as confirmed by Lecturas. Real estate sources have calculated the value of the property at one and a half million euros, with its fourth floor being owned.

Ana Rosa has a special affection for Seville, the city where she met her husband and where she visits frequently. The apartment has 225 useful square meters and is located in a luxury estate located on the banks of the Guadalquivir, with spacious balconies overlooking La Maestranza.

The house is currently being renovated, although previously it had four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Curiously, the journalist will have her partner and friend Carlos Herrera as a neighbor on the farm.

The presenter usually stays in a two-story detached house with a beautiful garden located in the north of the Madrid capital, far from the Usera neighborhood where she grew up. However, Ana Rosa Quintana enjoys regularly visiting the rest of her properties.

The journalist returned to television last October after eleven months off due to breast cancer that was diagnosed in 2021. For almost a year the journalist moved away from the cameras to undergo chemotherapy treatment that has finished successfully.
