Anyone who knows Amaia Romero, winner of Operación Triunfo 2017, will know that she is curious, creative and with a personality to say the least. The one from Pamplona has always recognized that she is open to experimenting, and she usually lets herself be carried away by her heart, her instinct, her sensitivity and her love for art.

Perhaps it is because of that curiosity that the singer has developed all kinds of skills, each one more peculiar. The Navarrese went with actress Macarena García to Marc Giró’s Late Xou to present La Mesías, the latest series of Los Javis, when she demonstrated her most curious talent: guessing species of fish just by seeing their eyes.

The singer managed to leave both the presenter and the audience speechless, first confessing that she ate the fish’s eyes, something that was “very normalized” because her father ate them; and then guessing all the challenges that Giró put before her.

“This is clearly…” Amaia began, very thoughtful, before Macarena García who could not help but be surprised to hear her partner say “clearly” with such confidence. Said and done: sea bass, monkfish, sea bream… Amaia’s fish challenge left the audience shocked. “You’re an oculist, this is paranormal,” Giró told him.

The Navarrese singer has a lot of musical talent and special skills, but one stands out like no other: she is capable of making her followers smile without even trying. The young woman, who won musical talent when she was only 18, became a favorite of the contest because of her naturalness.

The young woman has always been very spontaneous, and perhaps that is what caught the attention of Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo – who saw her grow as an artist at the OT Academy – for La Mesías, where she plays the role of Cecilia and debuts as an actress. .

“From day one she became an important friend of ours. It seems to us that she is one of the most talented people in this country. Not only because of her voice but because of her way of approaching everything. I love it,” say the directors.
