What do people search for most on Google? According to data from the most popular search engine, the “Champions League” accumulates more than 500,000 searches, followed by “Athletic vs. Girona” with 200,000 and “most in-demand jobs” with 20,000.

In the morning program Aruser@s, on La Sexta, they have not only talked about this issue, but they have also debated which is the best social network to find a job. Alfons Arús, the director and presenter of the program, is clear: TikTok.

Recently, the 9 most in-demand jobs in Spain were published, specifically in the industry, and they are: electronic engineer, demand planner, line supervisor, maintenance technician, refrigerator technician, mold technical mechanical assembler, mold maker and welder.

From here, in the program they explained that people have many difficulties finding work, and they ended up turning to social networks in search of a solution.

This is what happened to TikTok user @lohannysant, who could not find a job despite having two careers, shared her frustration on her channel on the Chinese platform and, finally, thanks to the impact and virality of the video, she found a job. “Moral of the story, what careers don’t give you, what languages ??don’t give you, TikTok gives you,” said Arús.

Of course, there are cases and cases. As they showed in the program, the user @oliesandroid shared his bad experience. Through a video published on his account, he showed the record of his job search compiled in an Excel and he sent 456 CVs, he did 56 interviews and only one company said yes but for a position as an intern. “That was published after his failure in his job search, but you’ll see how tomorrow, as a result of this, he finds a job,” Arús highlighted.

When you send a request, what is better, a response or not? Arús indicated that he preferred not to, while collaborator Patricia Benítez preferred that they respond to her.

Arús indicated that this lack of response, this uncertainty offered a false hope based on self-deception. However, the program team responded practically unanimously that they preferred an answer.
