“People do not know is that this was Aless’s last will: to bring his son into the world. And so he communicated it to his father and me a week before he died,” says Ana Obregón while presenting to the world to his granddaughter, Ana Sandra Lecquio, in the pages of the magazine ¡Hola!. A dream come true, of which the actress is proud. However, her peculiar “mission” has made another person the protagonist, Alessandro Lecquio, who has become a grandfather by surprise.

The collaborator claimed to know “almost everything” about Ana Obregón’s plans, but in recent days it seems that he would have discovered some information that he would not have liked at all. Lecquio has put land in the middle and his whereabouts are unknown after learning that he is the little girl’s grandfather, but that does not exempt him from his new role, which seems to have cost him more than one discussion with Ana Obregón, according to Diez Minutes.

Despite the fact that it has been Ana Obregón who has carried out the entire legal process in the United States regarding the birth of little Ana Sandra Lequio, the genetic load of the little girl being the daughter of Aless makes Alessandro Lecquio a grandfather as well.

The role of the grandparents in the development and emotional stability of the grandchildren is very favorable, being a role that grants Lequio a series of rights, such as being able to see and live with the little girl, without impediments -except that due to the differences that she may have with the parents of the child, have to request a communication regime with justice (would be protected by law, Article 160.2 of the Civil Code). As Aless Lequio has died in this case, Alessandro Lecquio would have to bring Ana Obregón, Ana Sandra’s legal mother, to justice.

Alessandro Lecquio could not have the power to decide anything about Ana Sandra if he did not have parental authority over the girl, Ana Obregón being the only one with decision-making capacity over all aspects of her life until she is of legal age.

Only in the event of the premature death of Ana Obregón, Alessandro could ask for custody of little Ana Sandra, as long as she was a minor. However, everything indicates that Ana Obregón would have left everything organized for when she is not there, appointing guardians to assume her role in drastic circumstances. In any case, the Judge must protect the best interest of the minor, taking into account the will of her mother.

A new role that falls by surprise to the collaborator of El programa de Ana Rosa, who has decided to put land in the middle before the publication of the exclusive of his ex-partner, with an unknown destination together with his wife, María Palacios, and the girl they have in common, Ginevra Ena; knowing that he was going to become the most wanted man of the moment.

It is not surprising, since everyone knows that the Italian is against the surrogacy process. This was stated in 2011, after the birth of Miguel Bosé’s twins, alleging that he considered the method as a mere buying and selling technique: “I see hypocrisy that the same people who applaud surrogate mothers are later scandalized when a mother sells her son… For me, the two things are the same”, he said, at the time.

Alessandro Lecquio is upset for having become an involuntary protagonist of the media hurricane unleashed by Ana Obregón, and it is difficult for him to hide his tension. What’s more, according to the latest information, the relationship between Ana and Alessandro would be more tense than ever precisely because of the birth of little Ana Sandra. According to Diez Minutos, the Italian would have tried to dissuade Ana Obregón about her maternity plans, without success. Seeing that he was not going to be able to make her change her mind, he chose to remain silent, out of respect for her son Aless hers.
