Antonio Tejado is without a doubt the great protagonist of our country today. This past weekend the news broke that he had been arrested, along with eight other people, for allegedly being involved in an organization of Portuguese origin that was dedicated to robbing houses in Seville. The authorities suspected that the criminal gang could be behind the assaults suffered by several famous faces a few months ago.

One of the most notable was the María del Monte. The presenter, who is the aunt of the accused, was the victim of a robbery in August 2023. And although both she and her wife were inside the house when the events occurred, fortunately there were no injuries.

However, Antonio Tejado’s situation has taken a radical turn this Monday. After spending 72 hours in the cells, the judge decided to send María Del Monte’s nephew to provisional prison accused of being the mastermind of the robbery operation of his own aunt.

The arrest has left the entire family of the former television collaborator speechless and the reactions in this regard have not been long in coming. One of the first to speak out was Inmaculada Casal, the singer’s wife. This past Sunday, the journalist began the current affairs program on Canal Sur, Andalucía in the afternoon, with a forceful message. ”Today is a difficult day due to the news that has emerged in the last few hours, but we are going to try to make it not impossible,” she declared. In addition, the presenter avoided commenting much more on the topic during the program, but she assured that she had “total confidence in the justice of this country.”

The person who also wanted to speak out in recent hours about the case of Antonio Tejado was Alba Muñoz, his ex-wife and mother of his daughter. Even though she has been away from the media spotlight for years and her relationship with the former television collaborator is strictly cordial for the well-being of her daughter, Alba could not help but comment on everything that happened this past weekend.

The journalist Pepe del Real revealed in the Let’s see program the conversation he had been able to have with Antonio Tejado’s ex-wife. ”I’m in shock, I’m still assimilating it,” he confessed. In addition, Alba Muñoz assured that the news had fallen like a bucket of cold water on the entire family and that they had even found out thanks to social networks. ”I know that these are not easy times for Antonio, that he is not in his best moment,” she asserted.
