A few months ago, news came to light that excited those around the model and television collaborator Alba Carrillo: she was going to release a book on the market. After a few hard months following her sudden ‘dismissal’ from Mediaset España, the former Big Brother VIP contestant has focused her energy on writing Ready for Life, a work that includes different autobiographical reflections and which will be released next on the 5th. October.
”There were days when I went to bed and couldn’t sleep because I had been writing and my insides were upset. Other days, my driving force to get up was writing and it gave me strength and enthusiasm by remembering beautiful things and hilarious anecdotes. I’m dying of love to meet you on the occasion of this book and sign and exchange opinions,’ wrote Marta López’s friend on her official Instagram account when she showed the cover of the project.
On the occasion of the launch of the work, Lucía Pariente’s daughter has given a very intimate interview to the newspaper El Mundo in which she has confessed that she is very excited about her book, since reading has always been her way of disconnecting and understanding many things. : ”Books have always saved me”.
According to what she said, Ready for Life is about her, about her love relationships and the learning she has learned from each of them, about motherhood, about how she has faced different situations in her life, etc.
Carrillo has also expressed in the conversation with the aforementioned newspaper that, although many believe that she is a woman who has no filters, she does not say even 5% of the things she really thinks, so many will be able to get to know her better through of the writing.
When asked about her quick and unexpected departure from Mediaset España, the former Supervivientes contestant responded openly and made it clear that she does not even want to name Telecinco, a network she refers to as ”the old glorious network”: ” They are killing our die-hard viewers. Being boring is not being white.
Nor has he been silent when it comes to commenting on the spaces in which he has worked and the professionals with whom he prefers to collaborate. ”I can only say about Sonsoles that she is the most elegant woman I have ever met as a person.
