Adriana Ugarte reveals the trick to lose fear on the red carpet

Every time actors and actresses go to a party or a premiere they have to walk the red carpet, where they show what they have worn and all the photographers take a snapshot of the dress or suit.

Adriana Ugarte is one of the best-known actresses in Spain, and as such she has to be on a red carpet many times. In an interview given to the program ‘Flashmoda’ on RTVE’s La 2, she revealed what her trick is to not be afraid.

“When I face a red carpet, I need to tell myself nice things inside,” said the Madrid native. She also commented on how she feels with her gaze: “I need to send myself empowering messages to be able to transmit with my gaze.”

In addition to the topic of the red carpet, she has also told what her life is like living away from the city: “I live in a more isolated rural area and I am a little disconnected in that sense,” but she assured that the “concept” of recycling “is I carry out.”

“I use the same cotton tights for everyday life and for working with the animals that we used when I was 21 years old,” said Ugarte about recycling.
