Jacob Elordi has become one of the actors of the moment. The Australian performer became known thanks to the Netflix film franchise My First Kiss and the popular HBO series Euphoria. Since then, the actor has not stopped working, being part of some of the most popular audiovisual projects in recent months, such as Saltburn and Priscilla.
But despite his professional success, the interpreter is going through a difficult personal moment. And the actor is being investigated by the New South Wales police, in Australia, for an alleged attack on a radio producer, according to The Daily Telegraph.
As the aforementioned media revealed, the Australian actor of Basque origin had been denounced by Joshua Fox after a small altercation that took place last weekend in Sydney. According to reports, the incident occurred at the Clovelly hotel in the Australian city. Elordi received a visit from Joshua Fox, an employee of the radio program The Kyle
The 32-year-old approached the actor to ask for some water from his bathtub to give to his partner Jackie O for her birthday, referencing a controversial scene from the film Saltburn. In this sequence, Barry Keoghan’s character drinks the water in which Elordi’s character had masturbated.
The actor, who did not take the joke well at all, reportedly demanded that the reporter stop recording and delete the video from his mobile device. Faced with Fox’s refusal, Jacob Elordi lost his temper and pounced on him. ”I refused, because I felt uncomfortable at that moment and that was the only proof. Then Jacob lost his temper, he pushed me against the wall and put his hands around my neck,’ the radio worker explained.
At the moment, Jacob Elordi has not commented on the event and the Australian authorities continue to investigate the matter. ”On Saturday, February 3, at around 3:30 PM, the police received a report that a 32-year-old man had allegedly been assaulted by a 26-year-old man,” they stated in the police report.
