Yesterday the presentation of Pedro Sánchez’s new book, titled Tierra Firma, was held at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. It should be noted that the event was moderated by two heavyweights in communication in Spain: Ángeles Caballero and Jorge Javier Vázquez.

There was great expectation with this launch, since our country is going through a period of social tension and Sánchez has become the center of thousands of criticisms due to his latest decisions to form a government. Furthermore, the presence of Jorge Javier Vázquez as moderator meant that the presentation event attracted the attention of a new audience and that the writing also became part of the ‘less serious’ social conversation.

As expected, dozens of media outlets came to the event to cover it. El Intermedio, a program presented by El gran Wyogming on La Sexta, could not miss the event. Representing the news, humor and satire space was Isma Juárez, one of the most hooligan reporters on the green network.

In the report he carried out, Juárez had time to speak with different figures in national politics, such as Jordi Hereu (Minister of Industry) or Margarita Robles (Minister of Defense). However, the journalist knew that Pedro Sánchez was the main protagonist and did not miss the opportunity to interview him.

The reporter acknowledged before the camera that for him the President of the Government is “the luckiest guy in the world” and that he should distribute it: “That’s why I brought a lottery ticket, to see if I can rub it on his back.” (…) I think I’ll come out of here a millionaire or arrested, one of two.”

Said and done, the collaborator of the La Sexta program asked Sánchez for permission to carry out this action after he dedicated the book to him: “Can I pass my lottery ticket on your back? Because you are a lucky man. Maybe can touch me.” The socialist politician answered bluntly: “You can pass it on if you want, I have no problem.”

The young communicator made it clear that he had already spent 22 euros to buy a copy of Sánchez’s book, so now he had to find a way to earn easy money.

“This is going to give me a lot of money, if it’s not 400,000 from El Gordo, it will be 400 euros in Wallapop from some ‘Pedroliever’. This is worth gold,” Juárez concluded, amused after experiencing a complicit moment with Yolanda Díaz’s partner and friend. .
