On November 2, dancer Rafael Amargo received a severe setback: the Madrid Court ordered his arrest and subsequent imprisonment, within the framework of the judicial framework in which he is immersed for a crime of drug trafficking, due to “risk of escape and having repeatedly broken the obligation to sign every 15 days”.

Since that same day, Amargo remains in the Soto del Real prison, where he has already moved from the admission module to the ordinary regime according to information released by El Español. The program Y Ahora Sonsoles, on Antena 3, gave the latest update on the dancer’s condition this Friday through his brother Miguel Ángel, who, coincidentally, is part of the program’s team, doing camera work.

Sonsoles Ónega has spoken with the operator, claiming to be unaware, until a few days ago, of his relationship with Rafael. “Every time I see it, and I work here, I feel very helpless, because I would like to do something else and I can’t, because it doesn’t depend on us,” she said on the afternoon program of the Atresmedia network.

Asked how the artist is currently, Michelangelo shows the helplessness he was talking about. “I think it’s okay, because we haven’t spoken or gone to the prison to see him yet. My mother and father, who are in their eighties, don’t want to see him there, because they have seen how time has passed until they got here, and it hurts us a lot because we have done a lot to keep him from being seen there, and we have tried to help him, but he didn’t want to,” he says.

“What the hell has happened to Rafa all this time?” Ónega wondered. “I don’t know, because he’s not a bad person, and all the collaborators who know him can say it, he can have his ups and downs like anyone else, but he’s not a bad person, he doesn’t have a bad heart,” Rafael Amargo’s brother confessed. , who believes that the dancer “has been declining, entering paths that he should not have.”

The cameraman insists that changing his mind “doesn’t depend” on them. “We can advise him, we can pull him, but if he doesn’t want to, there is no way,” said Miguel Ángel, who finally publicly thanked Jaime Caballero, the artist’s lawyer. “He is a friend who has done everything he could, and I really appreciate it,” he said.
