The Constanzia family does not earn any trouble. Carlo Constanzia was the first to have problems with the law after being accused of continuous fraud, which earned him a 21-month sentence. Now it has been Pietro Costanzia, 23 years old and little brother, Alejandra Rubio’s boyfriend, who has been arrested for an even more serious crime.
The youngest of the Constanzias, known by the nickname El Santo, was arrested last Wednesday, March 20, accused of a violent attack in Italy that left a young man from Turin without one of his legs. At the moment the specific causes of the brutal attack are not known.
The incident occurred on Monday, March 18, in the Mirafiori Nord neighborhood around 5:30 p.m. The victim, also 23 years old, was brutally attacked with machetes by two individuals on a motorcycle and one of them would be Constanzia.
The assault took place in the middle of the street when the victim, accompanied by his 20-year-old girlfriend, was ambushed. The quickness of mind and action of a passerby, who used a belt to stop the bleeding, together with the help of two off-duty police officers who appeared minutes later, saved the life of the attacked young man, although they could not prevent the amputation of his his leg.
Investigators are carrying out the appropriate investigations to find out what motivated the attack that Constanzia and her collaborator allegedly committed. The first indications, however, suggest that it was committed as a result of jealousy or drug trafficking.
The young man’s arrest occurred in a hotel in Turin, after a police search that included the location of his mobile phone. As reported by the EFE agency, at the time of his arrest, Pietro asked the agents if his arrest was related to previous robberies in Spain, where he has several convictions for robbery, but he denied any involvement in the recent attack. with machete
Precisely, the Italian police have also indicated that Pietro had an international arrest warrant for crimes committed during his stay in Spain, suggesting that Carlo’s younger brother has a pattern of problematic behavior that has crossed national borders.
