For many travelers, size is an important factor when choosing a caravan that will accommodate us for several days or weeks of vacation. It is true that the larger a towed vehicle is, the more difficult mobility becomes, but in terms of comfort and possibilities, the generous space becomes a plus. And, in this sense, the 2023 version of the Imperial Hacienda 1000 TDL, from the Swedish luxury recreational vehicle brand Kabe, is a winning bet.
At 11.60 meters in length, it is officially the longest caravan made in Europe. Heir to the Imperial Hacienda presented by the same firm in the 1970s, it offers 22 square meters of living space, an area comparable to many of the mini-mobile homes that are becoming fashionable, especially in the north of our continent. .
The name of the caravan wants to wink precisely at the feeling of home that one has within its four walls. It can accommodate up to eight people, who can easily move around it and sleep comfortably. Of course, they will have to share a single bathroom, which is located in the back of the trailer.
The kitchen is relatively small considering the surface available to the caravan, but it surprises with the functionality it offers.
