Last stage of the 2022 income campaign. Taxpayers by appointment, from June 1, begin to be attended at the offices of the Tax Agency and collaborating entities so that they can prepare their personal income tax return.
With less than a month to go to complete the process, the last day to submit the declaration on the Tax Agency website, at the AEAT offices or the official app is June 30.
You always have to go after making an appointment. It is not negotiable: “You need a prior Income appointment for the Tax Agency to prepare your statement for you”, the official body points out.
And provided that the requirements set out to be attended are met: not having work income of more than 65,000 euros or movable capital of more than 15,000 euros; have more than two leased properties or tourist rentals with a platform; in cases of professional or business activities in direct estimation; if there has been a transfer of more than two properties or shares of more than two issuers or in cases of transfer of goods that have been acquired by inheritance or donation. These cases are detailed on the website of the Tax Agency.
Once the face-to-face attention has started, in the remainder of the campaign there are only three days left to take into account. All are concentrated at the end of June.
The first is June 27, which is the deadline for direct debit of the rental payment to enter. Between that date and June 30, the end of the campaign, payment will only be accepted through NRC (Complete Reference Number) or by going to the bank, as explained by TaxDown.
The second date to take into account is June 29. It marks the last day on which you can request an appointment, either to go to the offices of the Tax Agency or to be attended by phone. In this second case, in addition to the ways mentioned above, you can choose to call the automatic service available at any time, by contacting 91 535 73 26 or 901 12 12 24.
The third key day is June 30. Mark the end of the campaign. It is the last day in which the income statement can be presented and the last in which taxpayers will be attended, by phone or in person, to complement the process of liquidating the 2022 personal income tax.
