In recent years, the race for the electrification of all types of vehicles has not ceased. The development of new and practical alternatives without emissions for daily commuting has already become commonplace. One of these examples stars the particular Veemo SE, which comes from the manufacturer Envo.

This proposal is ideal for getting around cities full of narrow alleyways where cars can even be somewhat cumbersome. The Veemo SE is a fairly simple vehicle, consisting of two wheels in front and one in back, joined by an aluminum alloy frame. On said structure there is a cabin capable of offering the driver some protection against inclement weather or even in the event of a slight collision.

Inside the Veemo SE, the rider rides seated in a comfortable seat with a backrest while controlling the steering and brakes from a handlebar that mixes bike and motorcycle features. And it is that it is a tricycle with electrical assistance, that is, with an engine that works to facilitate pedaling during journeys. For now, the characteristics of said engine have not been made public.

What is known is that the vehicle will allow it to reach a maximum speed with electric assistance of 25 km/h, in order to comply with the European regulations for electric bicycles. Regarding autonomy, it should be noted that the Veemo SE can travel up to 66 km with each recharge. It takes around five hours to complete this process when the battery is empty.

Looking at the shape of the cabin, you can see additional space behind the seat. The manufacturer points out that this area is suitable for transporting different objects, such as a bag, a backpack or some small-sized purchases. At the moment it is unknown if, in the future, the cabin could be expanded to incorporate extra space that allows a companion to be accommodated in this rear part, as is the case in some similar vehicles.

In any case, it is a more than interesting alternative that combines the advantages of a bike with the fact of traveling with greater protection (light rain, insects, etc.), to which must be added an electrical cost of less than a euro per recharge. And all this without forgetting its easy manoeuvrability, so important in urban journeys.

It must be borne in mind that it is not exactly an economic proposal, although it is worth considering its versatility and the additional qualities it offers compared to a conventional electric bike or tricycle.

In any case, people interested in the Veemo SE should know that its price is around 7,400 euros, an amount that may seem high but with which daily commuting can be definitively solved.
