As a result of this entrepreneurial capacity, Benlloch has celebrated the expansion plans that Porcelanosa Group has in the new ceramic innovation cluster of Vila-real (old industrial estate on the Onda highway), where it plans to expand its Offsite company with a surface of 50,000 square meters, an investment that “will multiply the possibilities of generating jobs in our city and that is undoubtedly in line with innovation and progress of the new Vila-real of the 21st century.”

This year, Porcelanosa also explains that it has promoted three areas: the training of its workers, the occupational health service and the school visits program. During the past year, the company has activated the internal corporate platform ‘Campus Porcelanosa’, a digital space that offers training itineraries adapted to different jobs, from which more than 3,000 people have benefited. And to promote the sustainable mobility of the human team, the company has expanded the surface area for parking personal bicycles, while at the same time it has installed charging points for electric vehicles.

Certified by the Generalitat Valenciana as a health generating company, Porcelanosa has an occupational health service for workers located in the central facilities of Vila-real. This labor service has carried out more than 18,000 medical and nursing actions, in addition to carrying out approximately 2,200 medical examinations.

Regarding the visit program, last year Porcelanosa served more than 1,500 Primary Education students, from public, private and subsidized centers in the province of Castellón, and 3,000 Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Baccalaureate and Vocational Training students. of the entire Valencian Community. Likewise, 300 university students visited the company’s central facilities.
