Dani García, one of the Andalusian chefs with the greatest international projection with three Michelin stars, is committed to taking his cuisine to the world and to professional training in Spain through a collaboration with the Cesur center.
Cesur wants to provide the hospitality community with the most appropriate training to guarantee the output of professionals trained in the subjects that the sector currently demands.
To this end, it has opted for the creation of a new center specializing in hospitality and cooking in Malaga in which it will offer a wide educational offer: Gastronomy and Cooking Technician, Senior Technician in Kitchen Management, Senior Technician in Restaurant Services Management, and that of technician in Restoration. The courses will begin in September 2023 and will last two years.
The training will be complemented with guaranteed internships by the best professionals in the sector, such as chef Dani García from Malaga. For the optimal development of the training, Cesur has signed agreements with the Dani García Group.
In addition to the internships at the Dani García Group, the new Cesur Teatinos facilities have spaces to train students in a practical and innovative way. The new center has a 370-square-meter professional kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art machinery so that students can learn in an environment similar to the one they will later find when entering the job market.
The center will accommodate more than 5,000 students thanks to its 8,500 square meters of extension. It also has a student residence with capacity for 78 places and a 500-square-meter gym for student use.
Cesur has more than 30 centers distributed throughout the national territory and offers a wide variety of degrees and professional families with official qualifications, both in distance, face-to-face and dual VT modalities. It has more than 4,000 agreements with companies.
