The company also places a strong emphasis on its award-winning culture, which has earned Hilton recognition as the #1 World’s Best Workplace and a Great Place to Work in various countries throughout the region.

With a focus on creating new jobs and opportunities for team members, Hilton has added more than 8,500 local jobs in the Caribbean and Latin America over the past five years.
