A man has not taken it well when an individual refused to have a face-to-face date with him, after a first approach through a dating website. And he ended up arrested for scratching and kicking that person’s car in retaliation for his refusal.
According to the local police of Elche, the events occurred on January 7 when they received notice that there were two men who were hitting each other on Novelda Avenue.
When he arrived there was only one who explained that he had met another person on a dating website, but that nothing went as he thought. Upon seeing him, he explained that he “didn’t like him.” And he didn’t take it well at all.
The other man reacted aggressively and threatened to drug him and kill him. “I’m going to take you to my house, I’m going to drug you and kill you, now you’re going to pay me what the taxi cost me, give me the money or I’ll destroy your car and kill you,” he responded, as explained by the Elche police in a statement.
The victim gave him the six euros he had in cash but the aggressor responded by scratching the side of the vehicle with a key, in addition to kicking the rearview mirror, which triggered the fight between the two.
Subsequently, the victim showed a photograph of the alleged aggressor and he was quickly recognized for having a police record. Once located at his home, he admitted the facts arguing that there had been a misunderstanding and could not help but get “very nervous.”
