The new aid of 200 euros from the Government can be requested from today. The check seeks to combat the effects of the war in Ukraine with support for low incomes.
It must be taken into account that not everyone will be able to access the check, since income and wealth limitations apply. You also have to remember the dates for submitting the application.
Yes. In all cases, applicants cannot exceed 27,000 euros in full income (gross amount without discounting expenses or withholdings) or 75,000 euros in assets (discounting the habitual residence).
For the calculation, the income and assets of those who live at the same address must be added: the beneficiary, his spouse or common-law partner, descendants under 25 years of age, or with disabilities, with income that does not exceed 8,000 euros (excluding exempt) and ascendants up to the second degree by direct line (parents and grandparents).
There is also no right to aid if the applicant or their aforementioned cohabitants are administrators of a commercial company or have a stake in it.
Social Security and other public bodies will be in charge of sending the AEAT the necessary information to verify compliance with the requested requirements.
The aid will be requested through the electronic form available at the Electronic Office of the State Tax Administration Agency. To complete it, it is necessary to have a Cl@ve, electronic certificate or DNI-e.
It will be necessary to provide the NIF of the applicant and of the people who live at the same address and a bank account, owned by the applicant, which is where the aid will be collected. The ID is not mandatory for children under 14 if they do not have one.
The request can also be submitted by a third party by proxy or social collaboration.
In the case of the Basque Country and Navarra, it is requested at their own institutions.
In principle, none. As mentioned, Social Security and other public bodies will verify that the requirements and limits are met.
Yes, you will have to present the registry of the civil partnership if the box “I do not give my consent for the consultation of the Registers of civil partnerships” has been checked.
Those who, as of December 31, 2022, were receiving the minimum vital income or a pension from the Social Security of passive classes or from a mutual, or other similar benefits, are not entitled to this aid.
The recipients of minimum insertion income from the autonomous regions do qualify for the aid.
From this February 15 to March 31, 2023.
The maximum period to receive the aid is three months from the date of completion of the application period. It will therefore be June 30, 2023 at the latest. It will be a single payment of 200 euros to be deposited in the bank account that has been provided.
If the aid has been denied, the applicant will be notified of a proposal for a refusal resolution in which the necessary data will be indicated to consult the reasons for the refusal.
At that time, there will be a period of 10 days, from the day after the refusal, to claim and present the documents and supporting documents that you consider. If a month passes from the notification without presenting documents, the procedure will be terminated.
After three months from the end of the period for submitting the form without having obtained a response, the request may be understood to have been rejected by the AEAT.
The request can be modified, canceling the one initially submitted and with a new form. An application cannot be canceled “if the corresponding refund has already been ordered”, the Tax Agency warns.
