Today I am going to propose a visual challenge in The La Vanguardia Readers’ Challenge that I consider easy. This one is one of the simplest. On this pond in Portell, in La Segarra, I saw a frog and took a photograph so I could propose this game to you.
The dynamics are very simple. You just have to locate the frog in this image to be able to overcome this new visual challenge that I propose to you. Below, I show you the snapshot.
Have you managed to find the frog in the photograph? I would give you some clue, but it has been easy to see it without needing any help, right?… Well, here I show you the solution.
Or better yet, before finishing I am going to suggest that you also look at how many elements are reflected in the water in this other image of the raft.
Has it been easy too?… Well yes, except for the frog, obviously, the stones are a reflection, but, had you noticed that the bird that flies over the raft is actually also a reflection?… Well there there was the mystery of the game.
Logic had to be applied. Why is the bird a reflection? Well, because if he were really flying over the raft we would see him from above and from behind, but, instead, in the image you can see his belly. Birds don’t fly upside down. Here I show you the solution to all this.
