The existing GTIs on the market arouse admiration for their dynamism, energy, acceleration capacity and driving fun. They are cars with powers that usually range between 200 and 300 HP, although some are slightly higher.

On another level are the high-end sports cars, with prices that skyrocket, but with much higher powers. Of course, sometimes combined with more weight and larger, heavier, but more versatile and functional bodies.

But there are still several upper echelons and the escalation of power has never stopped, despite the limitations marked by the electrification that the market has been experiencing for some time. The combination of combustion and electric engines has made it easier to obtain mechanical sets with unimaginable powers and there are some very, very exclusive cars, which have exceeded the magic figure of 1,000 HP.

Small to date, this list of vehicles will soon grow with the emergence of electrification in the sportiest models on the market. In 2026, for example, the arrival of the Zenvo Aurora is announced, a Zenco Automotive model for which a maximum combined power of 1,850 HP is announced. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds and the maximum speed is 450 km/h. To achieve such performance records, it combines a 6.6-liter V12 engine with four turbochargers and a light electric motor capable of generating 35 km of zero-emission autonomy.
