Sometimes it is difficult for us to introduce certain foods into the daily lives of the little ones. That is why it is also important to play with other aspects of our recipes such as presentation or colors. It is key that all the senses enjoy the dish. This recipe inspired by Michel Bras’ gargouillou concept seeks to imitate an orchard, with the hummus and dried black olive imitating the earth, and the planted crudités ready to harvest and eat.

This recipe has been developed by the Alícia Foundation focused on promoting healthy and stimulating eating in children within the framework of the Little Foodies certification project carried out jointly with Lloret Turisme, which seeks to identify those bars and restaurants in Lloret de Mar that guarantee a good and healthy children’s offering, avoiding nutritionally poor and poorly varied children’s menus, ultra-processed foods, or sugary soft drinks. Enjoy!
