Three Dominican Don't Play arrested for the shooting murder of a minor in Madrid

The National Police have arrested three people, all of them members of the Dominican Don’t Play (DDP), for the murder of William, a 15-year-old boy who lost his life in the Madrid district of Villaverde. The events occurred at the beginning of last December when the young man was talking with a friend of his in the park located at the gates of his house, at the intersection of Angosta and Neguri streets.

It was at that moment that a third person approached them and, without saying a word, shot William at point blank range. Later he also shot a friend of the deceased who went out in search of him in his flight, who had to be transferred to a hospital.

The policemen were able to confirm that an individual approached the scene and fired two shots, shouting an expression used by the violent youth gang DDP. Immediately afterwards, a friend of the victim ran after the author, who fired another shot a few meters away – hitting him in the back – before escaping from the scene in a vehicle.

The police investigation of the agents made it possible to locate both the vehicle used in the events and the girl who was driving, who also had a relationship with the youth organization, specifically with the Alcobendas choir.

Continuing with the efforts, the agents discovered the participation in the homicide of another member who, although he did not go to the scene, played a fundamental role in obtaining the means to move and flee the scene.

The investigation allowed the agents to determine that the detainees were structured in a hierarchical manner, each of them fulfilling a pre-established function to achieve the criminal act. In addition, the agents of the Provincial Information Brigade verified that the three arrested belonged to the DDP organization of the Alcobendas choir.

The Police made three entries and searches in the town of Alcobendas with the support of the Citizen and Scientific Security units, culminating in the arrest of the three investigated, who were made available to the judicial authority as alleged perpetrators of two crimes of homicide. , one of them in the degree of attempt and belonging to a criminal organization.

In addition, one of them is also charged with the crimes of illegal possession of weapons, serious threats and a crime against public health.

Objects of interest such as clothing and identification elements used by members of the DDP organization, various narcotic substances and mobile phones were also seized.
