Three arrested and six injured in a brawl in Alcalá de Henares

The National Police have arrested three people after a brawl between two groups of Moroccan and sub-Saharan migrants in a park in Alcalá de Henares, police sources have informed Europa Press.

The events took place this Friday, at 8 p.m., after a pitched battle in the Tirolina park. The injured and detained are Moroccan and sub-Saharan nationals and the Police assume that the migrants are from the Reception, Emergency and Referral Center (CAED).

For reasons that are being investigated, the three Moroccans attacked the sub-Saharans with metal bars. The most seriously injured is a 25-year-old young man who has severe head trauma after receiving a blow to the head. Health workers have intubated and catheterized him and he is now in a coma at the Alcalá de Henares Hospital.
